Responsibilities

Liaison & Relationship Management:

Senior executive contact for the overall service delivery, solutions, engineering, and operations management program.
Acts as the primary liaison between project teams and the Customer for new initiatives and engagements.
Engages with Customer executives to resolve escalations and ensure service performance.

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

5-8 years of team management experience.
Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience in communication and business acumen.
