Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial performance of our hotel property. The ideal candidate will work closely with the hotel management team to develop strategies for financial improvement and prepare accurate financial reports.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounting, budgeting, and forecasting for the hotel.
Create and implement financial strategies.
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Control general ledger entries.
Assist in annual budget development.
Monitor actual vs. budget performance.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping.
Conduct regular inventory counts.
Ensure compliance with guidelines and controls.
Assist with minor HR tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
Proven experience in financial management.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
