Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to manage order allocation, tracking, returns processing, and financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

1- 3 years of experience in backend operations, order management, or supply chain coordination (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in working with supplier portals and order management systems
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of return processing and financial reconciliation
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software
