Job Description

This position is responsible for coordinating the compliant review of Ameriprise marketing and communication materials including Corporate Marketing, Wealth Management Solutions (WMS), Bank and Cash Solutions (BCS), etc. The role involves supporting the administrative aspect of the department by coordinating internal material review and publishing.

Responsibilities

  • Execute material reviews
  • Review materials for spelling, grammar, and compliance with Ameriprise brand, style, and disclosure guidelines.
  • Submit content for appropriate reviews and approvals in the regulatory system (AdTrax) and actively follow up with business partners for timely execution.
  • Coordinate publishing of content to various host sites including the intranet, internet, social media, and print.
  • Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines, partnering, and executing best practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with leader and team in identifying process improvements to increase efficiency, improve performance, and meet the demand of constantly evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree from an accredited university.
  • Demonstrated experience with software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Pro (PDF).
  • At least one year experience supporting marketing and communication materials, applying corporate brand and style guidelines and/or obtaining required content review and approvals per compliance policies.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to interact with a variety of cross-organizational partners.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using a regulatory review system/database (AdTrax) and a workflow management system (WorkFront).
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign.
  • Knowledge of Ameriprise functions and processes or the ability to quickly learn.
  • Experience working in or knowledge of financial products and services.
