Ameriprise India LLP is seeking a Customer Service Associate to independently serve as the first point of contact for advisors, clients, and relationship partners regarding service issues, requests, and account information.
- Serve as the first point of contact for service issues, troubleshooting, and complex service requests
- Educate clients and advisors on new services, systems, or procedures for efficient self-service
- Process complex service transactions and resolve account service casework initiated by web-based or paper forms
- Interact directly with customers via phone to provide immediate solutions to transaction and service requests
- Participate in meetings to discuss process updates, operational issues, and identify improvement opportunities
- Graduate/ Post- Graduate in commerce/ business management/ operations discipline
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to explain complex policies or concepts in a straightforward manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Skill in troubleshooting and resolving root cause issues
