Job Description

The Technical Lead will be responsible for handling the Solution Architecture designing and delivery for the ATM Switch, Debit Cards and Payment domain. This role involves developing solutions, stakeholder management, vendor and financial management, developing project costs, and delivering the developed solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Shares technical knowledge and expertise with other team members
  • Problem-solving, team, and time management skills
  • Gathering information and sharing ideas proactively
  • Reviewing requirements, proposing timelines, obtaining project approvals, drafting solution architecture documents
  • Being a leader and subject matter expert in technical and functional knowledge
  • Collaborating within and outside the organization at all levels
  • Influencing, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ATM/POS switching, Debit Card Issuance/Management, Digital Channels interface, Encryption, HSM, and ISO8583 messaging standards
  • Experience with EFT transaction switching and processing
  • Familiarity with EMV Contact/Contactless, VISA and MasterCard Card Issuing & Acquiring, Scheme compliance requirements
  • Experience with Switch integration with VISA/Mastercard
  • Experience in Web Service integration and APIs
  • Knowledge of systems development life cycles, Agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills
