We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager with expertise in insurance calling operations to lead and manage large teams, optimize performance, and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end insurance calling operations
Lead and manage large teams (300+ employees)
Develop and implement operational strategies
Collaborate with senior leadership and clients
Drive workforce management and capacity optimization
Ensure compliance with industry regulations
Implement training programs and support recruitment initiatives
Manage budgeting and cost control measures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
8+ years of experience in BPO/call center operations
Prior experience in managing large teams and handling P&L responsibilities
