Job Description

We are looking for a Computer Operator to maintain computer systems, update websites, track system failures, handle networking tasks, and manage office operations.

Responsibilities

Maintaining computer systems: Installing, upgrading, and maintaining computer systems, hardware, and software
Updating company websites: Maintaining and updating the company website and intranet
Tracking systems failures: Tracking systems failures and documenting and tracking support tickets and resolutions
Networking: Understanding how computer networks work, being familiar with networking devices, and troubleshooting networking issues
Customer handling like as calling with customer and after sharing requirement
According to need site visit of the customer
