Responsibilities

  • Make international calls and communicate effectively in English
  • Contact existing and prospective customers to gather information
  • Understand customer needs and resolve queries related to products and services

Qualifications

  • PUC (12th)/ Diploma (3years) / undergraduates / BE / B.Tech and graduates from any stream
  • Freshers and candidates with BPO or other domain experience
