Exciting opportunity for a Lead Assistant Manager in the Emerging Finance & Accounting sector in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overall Operations Management
Prepare and present reports on team’s performance, including service delivery, TAT and KPIs
Strive to exceed SLA parameters
Absenteeism, Attrition and Appraisals Management
Should be able to manage a team of 6 – 8 team members

Qualifications

Graduate in Accounting / Commerce with at least 15 years of education
