Job Description

The Assistant Sales Manager for Study Abroad Programs is responsible for driving sales of study abroad opportunities to prospective students. They will manage the entire sales cycle, provide guidance to students and families, and develop strategies to promote study abroad programs.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the study abroad industry
Provide expert guidance to prospective students and parents on study abroad programs
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective students
Work closely with program management and student services teams
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Education, or related field
Minimum 3 years of study abroad experience
Previous management experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge of global educational systems and student visa regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
