Job Description

The Service Coordinator is responsible for proactive planning of incoming work order allocations within a specific territory. They ensure resources are utilized effectively, service levels are met, and contractual agreements are fulfilled.

Responsibilities

  • Accept ownership of work orders routed to CALL MANAGEMENT
  • Proactively plan, prioritize, and assign all outstanding work order tasks for Customer Engineers
  • Monitor and control all outstanding work orders within assigned geographical areas
  • Schedule appointments and escalate any issues causing delays
  • Maintain communication with engineers and handle incoming messages
  • Provide parts management/coordination as assigned

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline with 2-3 years of experience in Coordination/Customer Service
  • Basic PC literacy and keyboard proficiency
  • Understanding of geographical areas and mapping tools
  • Relationship building and communication skills
