Job Description

We are looking for a Hostess/Steward to join our team and provide excellent customer service in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be welcoming, organized, and able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their seats.
Handle table reservations and ensure efficient seating arrangements.
Provide menu recommendations and answer queries about the restaurant's offerings.
Work closely with servers and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the dining area.
Arrange and clean tables before and after each service.
Assist in serving food and beverages to guests.
Ensure adequate stock of cutlery, plates, and glassware.
Maintain high cleanliness standards in dining and service areas.
Assist kitchen and bar staff as needed.
Coordinate with other team members for seamless service.

Qualifications

Any Graduate degree required.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
