Join TechnipFMC as a Senior Engineer specializing in Ansys analysis for subsea and surface equipment. Utilize your expertise in finite element analysis to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry codes.

Responsibilities

Review and interpret technical specifications and industry codes
Create and review technical documents for new technology or applications
Analyze designs using engineering judgment and analysis programs
Provide specialist design advice to other engineers
Optimize designs for functionality and manufacturability
Develop solutions to problems, anticipate issues, and take preventative actions
Ensure quality and on-time delivery of tasks
Comply with HSE & Quality policies

Qualifications

BE or MTech in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of industry experience in subsea/surface equipment analysis
Knowledge of Ansys or Abaqus
Experience with industry design codes like ASME, API, DNV, NORSK, ISO
Proficient in Non-Linear and Structural analysis
Experience in high pressurized equipment/Boiler vessels
Ability to verify FEA results with hand calculations
Leadership and supervision skills
