Responsibilities

  • Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
  • Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, ledger management, and journal entries.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with auditors for financial audits and tax assessments.
  • Work with ERP software and accounting tools like Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/ICWA preferred).
  • Experience: 6+ years in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, SAP, or Oracle ERP.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and income tax laws in India.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
