We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer - Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and a strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
Oversee and manage construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on project progress.
Assist with planning and scheduling tasks to meet deadlines.
Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
A degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 Years of Experience.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in a specific industry (e.g., residential, commercial, infrastructure).
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
