Job Description

Resolve, maintain and manage client's software/hardware/network based on service requests ensuring client satisfaction. Install and configure software/hardware requirements based on service requests.

Responsibilities

Timely response to all client tickets
Perform root cause analysis of tickets raised
Install and configure software/hardware requirements
Track tickets from acceptance to resolution stage
Coordinate with on-site team for complex problem resolution

Qualifications

Previous experience in IT support roles
Knowledge of software/hardware installation and configuration
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
