Job Description

The Collection Manager is responsible for overseeing the activities of the collections department, managing agencies, and optimizing EMI retrieval from customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and undertake collections process for assigned debts
  • Track portfolio for specific buckets and delinquency
  • Allocate and achieve targets from agencies/in-house team
  • Follow up with default customers and ensure adherence to legal guidelines
  • Trace absconded default customers and initiate recovery process
  • Recommend legal actions for non-recoverable cases
  • Maintain data for administrative work related to collection

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field
  • Post Graduate in any field
  • 2-5 years of experience in collections
