Job Description

Join our team at Hilton as an Assistant Manager Food & Beverage Controls. This role plays a key part in ensuring the financial success of our Food & Beverage department by analyzing costs and implementing cost-effective measures.

Responsibilities

Plan and direct corrective actions for activities affecting the profitability of the Food & Beverage department
Assist in overall operation efficiency of the Finance Department
Act as a business partner with the hotel finance team and F&B department
Participate in relevant Finance training programs

Qualifications

University degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
