Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Office Management:
Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are adequate.
Keep office areas tidy and organized.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Data Management:
Maintain and update filing systems, both digital and physical.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
Manage databases and ensure data accuracy.
Support to Staff:
Assist team members with administrative tasks and special projects.
Arrange travel and accommodations when necessary.
Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Compliance and Confidentiality:
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
