We are seeking a US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in US Recruitment, specifically in IT, Engineering, Life science, and Healthcare industries. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.

Responsibilities

End-to-end life cycle of recruitment
Sourcing candidates from various sources
Evaluating candidates based on skills and qualifications
Building a network of potential candidates
Negotiating compensation and extending offers
Submitting qualified candidates to job requirements
Recording recruitment process stages in the database
Meeting or exceeding weekly goals

Qualifications

Minimum 5 months of experience in US Recruitment
Good communication skills
Team player
