Job Description

Responsible for ensuring collection efficiency and contributing to company's growth by managing customer accounts.

Responsibilities

Call customers to remind them for payment
Act as a bridge between field executives and team leaders
Follow up consistently on arrears payment
Rectify billing errors
Analyze and provide feedback on unpaid accounts
Follow up for reactivation of inactive accounts

Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent degree
1-6 years of relevant work experience in Retention role
Experience in Tele-calling, Customer Care, or Inbound & Outbound call handling
Strong experience with MS Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
