The Manager - Training (Sales) at UNext Learning BFSI will lead and manage sales training programs to enhance the performance of the sales team in the BFSI sector.

Responsibilities

Design and implement strategic sales training programs aligned with business goals.
Conduct training needs assessments and develop targeted learning solutions.
Facilitate sales training sessions and workshops.
Monitor training effectiveness and track performance improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and customer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
7+ years of experience in sales training, preferably in BFSI sector.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
