Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Engineer specializing in Automation to identify business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and promote automation solutions to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for automation solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients.
  • Coordinate with costing team and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field).
  • Basic Knowledge of automation technologies including PLCs, SCADA, HMI, robotics, and sensors.
  • Ability to travel to client locations as required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
