Job Description

We are seeking a Front Desk Executive (Female) to manage our reception area and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and proficient in customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting Visitors: Welcoming and directing visitors, guests, and clients.
  • Managing Phone Calls: Answering and redirecting calls, taking messages, and handling inquiries.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Managing appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Providing assistance, maintaining supplies, handling correspondence, filing documents.
  • Managing Reception Area: Keeping area clean and welcoming.
  • Customer Service: Booking meeting rooms, providing excellent service to visitors and clients.
  • Handling Inquiries: Responding to emails, calls, or in-person inquiries.
  • Managing Deliveries: Receiving and distributing mail and packages.
  • Coordinating with Other Departments: Assisting with tasks such as scheduling meetings or coordinating events.
  • Maintaining Records: Issuing Visitor ID Cards and keeping logs.
  • Security & Access Control: Ensuring security procedures are followed.
  • Data Entry: Managing and entering data into systems.
