Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Odisha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with government departments, corporate clients, and small & medium businesses to establish long-term partnerships and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with government departments, corporate clients, and small & medium businesses to establish long-term partnerships
  • Understand client needs and propose customized ICT & ITES solutions
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Support RFQ-based opportunities and contribute to proposal processes
  • Lead sales efforts in the East to expand company's presence
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize resources
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

  • Degree in business/marketing/communication/IT or related field
  • 2-5 years of sales experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred: Master's degree in relevant field
