Job Description

Join Amazon as an HR Operations Administrator to help implement HR plans and solutions for strategic business results. This role requires strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper on-boarding of associates at station
Partner with COEs to correct anomalies in attendance/leave/payroll
Lead associate centered leadership practices for the station
Build engagement and connect with the workforce
Maintain headcount and positive ER climate
Develop fluency in HR policies and assist in compliance
Support HRBP with data insights and station scorecards
Maintain labor compliance and coordinate with manpower agency

Qualifications

6+ months of HR experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Bachelor's degree
