Seeking an experienced Financial Analyst II to join Amazon Payroll in Hyderabad, India.

Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions and benefits administration.
Conducting regular payroll audits and ensuring compliance with country labor laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Maintaining accurate employee records and processing new hires, terminations, promotions, and other changes in the payroll system.
Administering and maintaining payroll systems, collaborating with HR and finance departments.
Generating payroll reports and addressing employee inquiries related to payroll.

8+ years of experience in payroll management.
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, taxation, and statutory compliance in India.
Experience in handling payroll audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
Proficiency in payroll software and systems, Excel, and financial principles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
