Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels
Assist with order tracking, returns, and product information
Resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Maintain detailed customer interaction records
Coordinate with logistics and marketing teams
Upsell products and provide post-sales support

Qualifications

6 months to 2 years of customer support experience
Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages
Empathy, patience, and problem-solving attitude
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Interest in Ayurveda and wellness preferred
