International Process is hiring for the Customer Service Executive in the Voice Process. Work From Office. Hindi & English Communication Skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with business owners through calls and provide support for managing and optimizing their digital ad accounts
  • Assist clients in setting up, monitoring, and managing their online advertising campaigns
  • Offer expert advice on ad strategies and suggest improvements to help clients achieve their business goals
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance related to ad accounts for smooth client experiences
  • Work in shifts as required in a 24/7 operation environment

Qualifications

  • Graduate with relevant experience in Voice Customer service
  • Flexible to work in any shift rotation
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English
