Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Manage reservations and process check-ins and check-outs.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Assist with billing and payment processing.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.

Qualifications

  • Plus Two, diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software (ORTEZ).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
