Job Description

We are seeking a Computer Operator to join our education institute and assist in various data entry tasks, document preparation, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must have excellent typing speed and accuracy, especially in mathematical content.

Responsibilities

Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed, especially in mathematical content.
Prepare and format documents, exams, and other study materials using software like MS Office, LaTeX, and/or MathType.
Ensure the proper management and organization of files and databases.
Collaborate with faculty members to input and edit mathematical content for coaching materials.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues and ensure smooth operation of computer systems.
Assist in maintaining the security and confidentiality of data and content.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a computer operator or in a similar role.
Excellent typing speed with a focus on accuracy, particularly in mathematical typing.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with mathematical typing tools (such as LaTeX or MathType) is a plus.
Basic knowledge of computer troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
