Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional to support seamless pipe manufacturing operations. Manage end-to-end HR functions with a focus on industrial HR practices suitable for a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Address employee grievances and manage engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal processes and training programs.
  • Maintain HR dashboards, analyze workforce data, and present monthly HR reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP HR or similar HRMS tools is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and industrial relations.
