Job Description

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Associate QA Automation Expert with a strong background in automation testing, QE leadership, and strategic planning. This hands-on role requires expertise in automation tools, scripting, and test frameworks.

Responsibilities

Develop and enforce robust Automated Software QE strategy
Collaborate with project, business, and QE teams to create detailed automated scripts
Lead and manage a functional and technical QE team
Provide leadership throughout the entire QA lifecycle
Estimate for low and medium complexity applications
Guide a small team through the complete SDLC cycle
Enhance defect documentation and TAR lifecycle process

Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in QE for distributed systems
Strong programming skills in Java, Groovy, or JavaScript
Experience with GUI-based test automation tools
Proficiency in SQL queries and test automation tool selection
Design and develop automation frameworks using best industry practices
Understanding of SOAP, REST principles, and microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks
