Job Description

Join our team at Daffodil Pharmachem as a Senior Executive - Plant HR and contribute to fostering a people-first culture at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Khataraj, Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations at the plant level
  • Oversee time office, attendance, and shift management
  • Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws)
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction of blue- and white-collar employees
  • Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, and welfare initiatives
  • Assist in training & development coordination
  • Liaise with local authorities and labor consultants
  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise
  • Experience in managing human resources effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with plant management and employees

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • Specialization in HR (MBA-HR / PGDM-HR or equivalent)
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a plant HR role, preferably in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HRMIS systems
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Should be open to working from the Khataraj Plant location (Ahmedabad district)
