Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop and implement sales strategies for HRMS products.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create effective sales campaigns
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Provide excellent customer service to existing and new clients
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Meet sales targets and goals set by upper management
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to track progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of HRMS solutions

Qualifications
