Job Description

Join the Operations team as Operation Executive (OE) to monitor multiple SSD 3P Fulfillment centers and drive program initiatives for improvement in quality, productivity, speed, and cost.

Responsibilities

Monitor complete UTR operations FC+ LM of the assigned 3P SSD sites and suggest & deploy improvements
Coordinate with 3P partners on S&OP plan, HC planning, Quality metrics, and other parameters
Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders
Visit sites for operational conformance, restrictions, and norms
Conduct Monthly Audits of 3P sites
Visit all assigned sites at least once a month

Qualifications

1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience
Bachelor's degree
Fluent in English
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with Excel
Experience in SSD Operations
