Job Description

The Audit and Taxation Manager oversees and manages auditing and tax compliance functions, ensuring financial statements, tax filings, and compliance meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee financial audits
Review financial statements and accounting practices
Develop audit strategies and prepare audit reports
Manage corporate tax planning, compliance, and reporting
Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations
Develop and implement best practices for tax and audit procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
Proven experience in auditing, taxation, and financial analysis
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
