Responsibilities

  • Daily email & telephonic correspondence
  • Offer submission, follow up & cold calling
  • Tender analysis & quoting
  • Ticket generation & data management
  • Process company receipts, invoices, and bills
  • Daily reporting to Sr. Back Office Executive

Qualifications

  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PPT
  • Intermediate proficiency in CRM portals (Zoho)
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Intermediate negotiation skills
  • Basic leadership skills
