Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Outlet Manager/Shift Manager/Associate/Senior Associate to supervise and guide the team members in performing their work, plan and prepare action plans for busy operations, ensure restaurant cleanliness and hygiene, and manage daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct briefs of team members at shift commencement
  • Supervise and guide team members
  • Promote and upsell special menus and services
  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback
  • Estimate future needs for goods and kitchen utensils
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations
  • Manage operational costs
  • Create detailed reports on revenues and expenses
  • Train employees on customer service practices
  • Maintain inventory and report shortages
  • Take feedback on customer satisfaction levels
  • Approve store requisitions and leaves of team members
  • Conduct training for team members
