Construction Materials Manager

Laboratory Management:

• Establish and maintain a well-organized materials testing laboratory.
• Ensure calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Manage inventory and procurement of testing materials.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols.

Material Testing and Analysis:

• Conduct various material tests according to relevant Indian Standards and NHAI/MORTH specifications.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports.
• Interpret test data to ensure material compliance.
• Ensure tests are completed within specified time constraints.

Quality Control:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for construction materials.
• Monitor material quality at construction sites.
• Identify and address material quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality control guidelines.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all tests and results.
• Prepare reports on material quality and testing activities.
• Document all laboratory procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Present testing reports to project management.

Compliance:

• Ensure testing procedures comply with relevant standards and specifications.
• Stay updated on latest material testing standards and technologies.
