Job Description

Improve customer experience at front office, reduce customer complaints, provide resolution of customer issues, maintain correct decorum and behaviour while interacting with customers, handle internal administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Admission/Discharge/PHP/OPD/TPA processes
  • Handle appointment booking/rescheduling/cancellation
  • Ensure quick and error-free registration and bill generation
  • Provide accurate information related to charges, discounts, billing, documentations, and services
  • Counsel patients or attendants
  • Handle hospital information system efficiently

Qualifications

  • UG: Any Graduate
  • PG: Any Postgraduate
