Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Billing & Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling, tracking, monitoring projects, and preparing reports for management.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, tracking & monitoring of projects with standard WBS & resources allocation
  • Preparation of milestone schedule, micro schedule & payment schedule
  • Preparation of project MES statement
  • Preparation of cashflow & resource planning according to budget
  • Tracking project based on timeline, cost & resources
  • Computing delays and projecting project completion to management
  • Reviewing project related reports for management
  • Cost analysis and comparison for civil items
  • Functionality & documentation for high-rise residential buildings

Qualifications

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
  • 3-6 years of experience
  • Hands-on experience with Primavera and MSP
  • Masterful knowledge in MS Office
  • Experience in High Rise Building (Residential)
