Job Description

New Way Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage invoicing, maintain Excel records, track dispatched goods, handle bank tasks, and provide support to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Invoice Management: Generate, verify, and process invoices accurately.
  • Data Management: Update Excel sheets related to work records and financial transactions.
  • Dispatch Tracking: Monitor shipments and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Banking Tasks: Process bank cheques and RTGS forms.
  • Team Support: Assist in backend tasks to enhance efficiency.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Organize records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance.
  • Coordination: Work with accounts, sales, and logistics teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of backend operations experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and office tools.
  • Experience with banking-related documents.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
