Looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Manager in Business Development & Sales to lead sales efforts and drive business growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets.
Actively engage with prospects through meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive business growth.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and enhance market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Experience: Up to 5 years in business development and sales, preferably in the service industry (B2B experience is a must).
Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).
Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
