Responsible for end-to-end hiring process, talent sourcing, and recruitment. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and source suitable candidates through various channels.

Responsibilities

Conduct talent sourcing and head-hunting activities
Coordinate with hiring managers for candidate selection
Create job descriptions and interview questions
Organize recruitment events and job fairs
Implement digital marketing strategies for candidate attraction

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
Post Graduation in HR
Strong selection process skills
High conviction, accountability, and target-oriented
