The Client Service Analyst will be responsible for resolving client queries related to commercial transaction flow, providing end-to-end query resolution, and engaging with various stakeholders.
- Proactively contact clients to ensure first-class service and identify business opportunities
- Provide information and solutions on Payments, Balances, Checks, Service Bills, Regulatory Issues, and other investigations
- Be the first point of contact for trade-related client inquiries and handle Due Diligence inquiries
- Assist with client setup, training, and maintenance for cash and trade products
- Experience in International Clearing and Payments Business or Trade Finance Business
- Solid understanding of Financial Institutions markets and Payment Systems
- Strong client service focus and excellent communication skills
