Responsibilities

Lead the team in developing and implementing manufacturing build plans for aircraft modules and assemblies.
Guide engineers in creating work instructions for wire harness installation.
Oversee fabrication processes involved in wire harness fabrication and wiring.
Participate in Integrated Product Teams to integrate technical solutions.
Resolve technical problems impacting performance, cost, and schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
8+ years of aerospace industry experience.
6+ years in aerospace wire harness design and installation.
3+ years leading a team of manufacturing engineers.
Experience with ME tools & PLM software.
