Job Description

The Senior Principal Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise in engineering design and execution for proposals and projects. This role ensures safe, compliant, reliable, efficient, and practical solutions are delivered within contractual framework, quality, schedule, and cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Participate in the development and implementation of engineering practices, workflows, and procedures
Consult with SME and Project Management Teams
Control key parameters and benchmarks for estimating equipment and man-hours
Contribute to optimization of engineering practices based on collected data
Coordinate training programs for Designers / Engineers

Qualifications

MTech / ME, BTech / BE, or Diploma / AMIE in Engineering Discipline
8-12 years of experience for degree holders, 11-18 years for diploma holders
Fluent in English
