Responsibilities

  • Drive business targets for life insurance sales through partner bank branches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank leadership and branch staff
  • Train, motivate, and lead a team of Relationship Managers across your cluster
  • Monitor and improve productivity, persistency, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify business opportunities and implement growth strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales preferably in BFSI
  • 1+ year of Team Handling experience in Life Insurance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the Banca channel and insurance products
